Electrical/Electronic calibration ensures that your instrument performs properly and conforms to factory specifications. We recommend that it be scheduled back to our factory Repair and Calibration Lab at one-year intervals for re-calibration, or as required by other standards or internal procedures.
Our electronic calibration services are performed by highly-trained technicians using high-tech equipment to provide results that give you confidence in the competence of your instruments. Accuracy, timeliness and affordability are our main focus.
Our lab is located in our Dover, NH (USA) manufacturing facility. We've been supplying clients with calibration services and Certificates of Calibration for over 40 years.
You must email our Customer Service Center for a Customer Service Authorization Number (CSA#). This will ensure that when your instrument arrives here, it will be tracked and processed promptly. Please write the CSA# on the outside of your shipping container.
If the instrument is returned for calibration, we need to know if you want a standard calibration, or a calibration traceable to N.I.S.T. (Includes calibration certificate plus recorded calibration data). Please be sure to indicate which type of calibration you desire.
After submitting the repair request below, our repair department will contact you with complete instructions.
