When you buy refurbished from us, you're getting an instrument that has:
- Been through our lab - Reviewed, repaired, and tested by trained technicians using proper procedures and test equipment.
- Had any faulty components replaced - No 'good enough' fixes. If a part doesn't meet spec, it's swapped out.
- Passed a full functional test - All key ranges, modes, and features are verified to ensure it meets performance expectations.
- Been cleaned and refreshed - Connectors, housing, and displays are cleaned and restored so it's ready for real-world use.

Q: Are refurbished products as reliable as new ones?
A: Each refurbished unit is tested, repaired if needed, and verified by our lab before we approve it for sale. While there may be minor comestic wear, performance is tested to meet our standards.
Q: Do refurbished products come with a warranty?
A: Yes. Our refurbished products include a limited 1-year warranty, so you're protected against defects in materials and workmanship during the warranty period.
Q: Will I get all the same accessories as a new unit?
A: Essential accessories required for normal use are included and clearly listed on the product page. In some cases, refurbished untis may ship with simplified or replacement accessories.
Q: Do refurbished instruments include calibration or verification?
A: All refurbished products are calibrated and performance-verified in our lab before shipment. NIST calibration is optional and subject to a nominal service charge.
