Understanding Insulation Resistance Testing

A 1-day, two session, technical trianing webinar covering the proper method of testing the quality of insulation is often misunderstood. Proper periodic testing will ensure operator safety and equipment longevity. This webinar will discuss the concept of testing the quality and safety of insulation on motors, transformers, cables and other devices outside of 1kV. This session will review the reasons for testing, the causes of failure and the different test techniques to use and when to use them.
