Chauvin Arnoux^® has identified a potential safety problem which may affect the Catalog Number #2137.83 Adapter - 600 V CAT III Power Adapter for use with Models PEL 102 & PEL 103.

It has been detected that, in conditions close to its operating limits, certain products may undergo abnormal heating which may lead to a risk of burns or even electric shocks. The safety of our products' users is an essential priority for Chauvin Arnoux^® and AEMC^® Instruments, therefore we have decided to voluntarily recall all the products which may be affected and to supply a new replacement product.

Please stop using this accessory immediately.

1. WAIT - Our team will contact and provide you with a call tag to pay for the shipping costs of returning the recalled adapter(s). It will be tracked and processed promptly.
   

   DO NOT ship the recalled adapter without a call tag from our team. Without the tracking code, it could become lost and we will be unable to supply you with a replacement adapter.

2. Once we have received the purchaser information, a safety recall request, and the returned recalled adapter, we will do our best to ship a replacement adapter as timely as possible.
