Primary Purpose: To conduct technical seminars at locations in the US and Canada on Ground Resistance Testing, Insulation Resistance Testing and Power Quality analysis. (We will train you)
Technical Trainer Essential Functions:
Participates in, and conducts technical training programs on Ground Resistance Testing, Power Quality Analysis, Thermal imaging and Insulation Resistance Testing. Determines training objectives.
Writes training programs, including outlines, text, handouts, tests, and designs laboratory exercises.
Conducts webinars on technical and product material.
Administers written and practical exams.
Assists in product training to sales team.
Makes technical presentations at applicable trade shows.
Publishes application notes and white papers as necessary to assist in the proper use of AEMC products.
Travel in the US and Canada 40 to 60%.
Stay informed on all product development.
Updates contact management database (Goldmine) for all seminar attendees.
Works with state agencies for CEU credit approvals.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Requirement: Requires Bachelor’s Degree in electrical or electronic engineering with a strong working knowledge of computer technology with the aptitude for problem solving. Must have at least four (4) years of technical experience in application engineering and/or field sales/service work.
