COVID-19 Latest Company Update

March 27, 2020 – AEMC^® Instruments remains open

On Thursday March 26, 2020 Governor Sununu issued a stay-at-home order for the state of NH. This order included provisions allowing essential businesses and services to continue operations during the COVID-19 pandemic.

To ensure our essential customers have the necessary electrical testing and measurement products needed, and in full compliance with the government instructions, we decided to keep Chauvin Arnoux Inc. dba AEMC^® Instruments open and operational.

The safety and well being of our employees is paramount. Additional steps have been implemented in line with the social distancing and sanitizing protocols as recommended by the CDC and NH State officials.

As circumstances change, we will publish further updates on any change in our operations. Meanwhile, we remain committed to providing our products, backed by our customer service and technical support teams to the best of our ability.

March 24, 2020 — Foxborough MA offices closed

Pursuant to the emergency order from Massachusetts Governor Charlie Baker dated Monday March 23, 2020, and out of concern for the health and safety of our employees and visitors, we have closed our Foxborough MA office until Tuesday April 7.

To minimize any impact to our valued customers and distributors, the business functions performed in our Foxborough location have been transferred to our Dover, NH offices until further notice.

Our Dover, NH operations are still operational. Our customer service and technical support teams remain ready to assist you with any of your electrical testing and measurement needs. Our field Sales Engineers continue to be available via email, telephone and teleconferencing.

March 19, 2020 — All operations and services are running

We at AEMC^® Instruments are working hard to adapt to the ever-changing dynamics of the COVID-19 pandemic.  As the situation evolves, we are striving to continue to provide the same superior customer service and technical support you expect from us.

Presently, our offices remain open and are available to assist our customers with their electrical testing and measurement needs. We have taken precautions to ensure the safety of our employees and visitors.To that end we have restricted employee travel including our field Sales Engineers. We remain available to assist you through telephone or email.

Events are evolving rapidly. Be assured that we are working hard at implementing practices to allow us to continue operations as best as possible.  This web page will be updated with any new information or changes to our operations as it becomes necessary.
